I use a golf GPS app on my iPhone and after shutting down most of the phones functions I hit the dead battery mark after 13 holes.I tried the Mophie Juice Pack-Air which is a slick package but at $80 it only charged my phone to 80% and so back it went.The Encore gives me 1 full charge with the phone starts in less than a 10% fee, has a replaceable battery, and only costs $ 12! I can run the iPhone with all functions and exit the course with a 75% charge still. Yeah, the Encore is not built like a tank but who cares? It only costs $12 and it works!.
