I actually purchased this camera about 4 years ago (for a lower price than listed).Since then, I've loved this camera. It's super easy to use and takes great quality shots.I recently made a trip to Monterey, California, and are postcard-quality photos to commemorate. Even inside a dimly lit aquarium I managed to get beautiful shots. I appreciate the fact that it "rates" my shots via a small hand-like icon, based on clarity.Green good, yellow, red and fair to poor. All in all, it's a great buy. And to all the reviewers who can't understand what we're raving about...you probably just got a dud.It has been known to occur..
