I own both the 750Gb and 1TB versions of this drive and I love them.The cable that ships with them is of a nice quality (too thick for its own good) and I think being too short doesn't help either.They are easily removed with the slightest glance (if you look at them wrong) - but I can not fault the disc due to cheap-Ass Cord. I bought another cord that is MUCH longer and it REALLY stays on the drive.As for the dumb backup utility that keeps popping up, is no longer an issue since I disabled the most recent firmware from WD. I will keep this review plain and simple and so far I give them 5 stars due to their massive capacities..

Brought a disposable camera in my carry on on a recent trip to cozumel.Worst fears were confirmed when all the pictures came back black because of the xray machine at the airport.Had time to pick up this camera and then shoot all photos in a dive and bring back a picture of a place hours before flying back. The photos came out better than expected.I took the camera all the way to 80ft where it didnt work because of pressure but at least he didnt leak! It then works again after having risen to about 35 feet. Highly recommend not purchasing the camera until you get to where your going if you have to fly!.

This is my first digital camera.I love the idea of being able to view the pictures immediately.This camera is very easy to use. Using the video option is fun but the speakers are poor quality.I can not hear the sound when I made a video.
